Speed of Installation:   

• APS pipe assemblies can be bent and cleaned on-site and installed faster than conventional welded pipe.

Overall Cleanliness:      

• APS pipes are cleaned and capped before shipment and do not require costly chemical flushing.

Material Strength:         

• The pipe used by APS is 40% higher in tensile and yield strength than ASTM A106 GRADE B Pipe. Our cold drawn seamless pipes are coated with zinc phosphate for corrosion resistance. Stainless pipe is available.

Low Maintenance:            

• Our bolt-together systems require no welding. Parts may be removed and replaced easily with standard North American components and O-Ring Seals. Pipe sizes are North American nominal bore. Schedule 40, 80 and 160 are available in both carbon and stainless steel.

Energy Efficiency:            

• Because of the radius type bending we use here at APS pressure drops are greatly reduced, resulting in a lower required system horsepower, therefore reducing damage caused by heat buildup.

Technical Support:              

• We supply qualified Field Technicians on-site to oversee and perform the installation, filling, flushing and testing of the system.

Overall Economics:              

• Labor costs to install are greatly reduced. Our filling, flushing and testing benefit in larger savings by ensuring system cleanliness and efficiency.
